Exactly What Iâve Been Looking For
As it says in the title, Iâve been looking for something like this for a long time and finally stumbled upon it here on Amazon. I like that it is one solid piece (for durability and longevity). It does the job quickly and letâs me get back to my day. I was originally a bit concerned about how harsh the spikes look and wether or not it would be comfortable. To be honest, I did find the texture to be a bit overdone the first time I used it, but found that by the second time, the foam tips had softened just a little making them more comfortable – now Iâm completely used to them and donât give it a second thought. Also, for my particular situation, I found this to work much better on the bed than on the floor. To use it, I simply sit on the edge of the bed with the back stretcher right behind me as I lay back – which immediately fixes my back pain. When on the floor, I found the stretcher to be a little too large/tall. It still did the job, but just seems to do it better (for me) when I use it as described above.

Kinda hurts
Good quality. Very sturdy. but stubs are hard to get use to. They hurt and make the first 10-15 mins hard to relax. Iâd only recommend this to someone already flexible. Not to someone who is just starting to stretch. (Like me)

Back Stretch Actually Works
I had an arched back stretch device made of a curved plastic piece that actually broke! I saw this arched back stretch device which is solid firm foam, and it actually works to stretch my back and alleviate pain. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it has worked for me…

This device helps me
At first I didnât like the feel of this hard device. It wasnât comfortable at all. I have a herniated disc L4/5. But after getting used to it this thing really helps me. It puts the natural curve back into your lumbar area which is what alleviates the pain. Most disc issues are caused by poor posture and for me it was a combination of many things but included sleeping on a mattress that removed that lower lumbar curve over the years compromising my disc. I would always wake up with extreme lower back pain and almost couldnât walk at first till I took a few steps to loosen my back up after getting out of bed. Long story short I ended up herniating the disc later and thus device is really the only thing so far that helps me. I have an inversion table and bought and returned so many other devices to help decompress my vertabrae. Nothing else really felt great. Iâm buying a second one of these right now to keep at work as well as at home.

Comfort
Had to return because even with a towel over the ridges it was still too stiff and hard for me.

I think it made my back worse
I couldn’t lay on this thing for more than a few minutes. It was very painful to use and I think it actually made things worse. I think it’s too long; I just need something to stretch my lower back, but this thing extends halfway to my shoulders.

Bumpy back stretcher
This back stretcher has really helped keep my back flexible and helps with sciatica. It was recommended by a chiropractor and itâs been really good. It takes some getting used to because itâs really pokey but when I first started using it I put a towel on top before I got in position.
