Relieve Pain from Plantar Fasciitis, Metatarsalgia, Heel Pain, and Arch Pain: Ideal for people with high arches, these orthotic insoles provide motion and pronation control to maintain a healthy, natural foot form all day long
Stabilize and Support Your Arches: Our insoles are designed with a built-in shell arch support that provides moderate control to prevent arch collapse and hold your foot in natural alignment. The deep thin heel cup cradles your heel to limit excessive ankle movement.
Reduce Strain and Pressure: By lifting the bones in the forefoot, our arch supports help eliminate strain on the plantar fascia and reduce pressure and friction on the ball of the foot, relieving pain under the ball of the foot (Metatarsalgia) and preventing arch pain and plantar fasciitis
Comfortable and Convenient: Our insoles feature a low profile forefoot that makes them easy to fit into shoes, a Coolmax top cover that cools your foot and reduces friction, and a shock-absorbing cushioning foam base layer that provides all-day comfort.
Risk-Free Guarantee: We’re confident you’ll love our insoles, but if they don’t suit your high arch feet, we offer a full refund, no return necessary

Great Product – Goofy Name
These shoe inserts are just as good as the $75 inserts I get from my podiatrist. They last about as long. I am 280lbs and they support me well.Look past the goofy name and give them a chance.

Too thick to fit in shoes
Iâm not sure how these are supposed to work. Iâm a size 8 and they make my shoes feel like a tight size 6. Am I supposed to start buying shoes in size 10 so my insoles fit??

HARD
These are very HARD and split the outside of my rubber boot when I put the first one in. Needless to say they make your boots/shoes feel SNUG so I don’t know, you may have to plan ahead and buy shoes a little bigger to put the insoles in so they fit properly. I cannot use these without pinching/squishing my feet. The support feels good on my arches, but the right feels different from the left and they are so hard I can’t image how (un)comfortable they’d be throughout the day. Don’t recommend if you’re looking for something to help cushion your feet while walking.

Supportive and comfortable.
The Little Mum arch supports for high arches are comfortable and well made. They are wider for a wider foot or wider shoe. These are not for ladiesâ dress shoes. The foot bed is too wide. There are markings on the back, and they can be cut to fit. I ordered size A, I wear size 7.5 in shoes, sometimes 7.5 wide. These are about 3/4 inch too long and needed to be trimmed to fit the length and width of shoe. The insoles cradle the heel which helps keep my feet stable. I would not call this a very high arch; I do have high arches and find these insoles fit my arches comfortably. The footbed is soft nonslip material. The insole material is solid with some give, but not the least bit squishy. They wonât scrunch up in your shoes. The ball of the foot is softer than the heel and arch portion. They feel good, only time will tell how long they last. Looking at the construction, I expect them to hold up well.

Solid insoles, reasonably priced
I have very high arches and hypermobile joints, so I need to put arch supports or orthotic insoles into every pair of shoes I own in order to avoid foot, knee, hip, and back pain. As you can imagine, that gets expensive unless I want to be swapping insoles between shoes constantly, so I’m always looking for good-quality insoles at affordable prices. These fit the bill nicely–they’re in the $20-25 range that I prefer to stay in for all but my most-worn shoes, which is the range where quality and lifespan intersect pretty well for shoes worn on a weekly but not daily basis; a pair in that range can usually be expected to last a couple of years under those conditions. The arch support is firm, while the footbed has a moderately thick foam layer which adds great cushioning to enclosed shoes and boots. They’re just thick enough (6mm) at the heel to be less than ideal for dress shoes, as they move my heel up just enough that the back of the shoe will rub, which is why I generally opt for the stick-in arch support cushions in dressier shoes, but they’re ideal in booties and shoes with a higher toe box. The top surface of them is covered in Coolmax fabric, which makes them a little more slippery under socks; if you’re relying on friction to keep your foot from sliding down into the toe box of a higher heel, these will be challenging, but they’re great where heights are under about 1.5″ difference between toe and heel. The cushioning is great, even in the one pair of boots I own that don’t seem to have any midsole cushioning at all; any insole that can make those wearable for more than a dinner date has a lot going for it, and these insoles make those boots comfy for 4-5 hours including a short stroll after dinner.

Good for arch support
Iâve been looking for good orthotic inserts, Iâm usually on my feet for at least 12hrs a day at work and been going through an out of inserts to help relieve pressure on my feet. Iâve tried expensive brands that ask you to step on and they scan your feet and the suggest what insert to get (which are crazy pricey and need to be replaced every 6 months) to super market and pharmacy store insert selections that usually last 2months for me because the plastic or support gives in. I think these have a good sturdy arch support and feels firm and soft to step on, or add a gel insert on top for extra comfort and softness. So far Iâm liking these and will follow up on how long they last for me.

a bit out of place for me
The product workmanship and materials are absolutely good!I have plantar fasciitis so have been wearing the dedicated insoles and they feel great. This kind of insole is not suitable for me. After walking for a long time, the middle part of the inner sole of the foot feels tired. There should be a metal bracket inside the insole, so I donât want to wear it anymore.

Too big for me but my fellow likes them
These were waaaay too big for my size 6.5 feet and there’d be no trimming them down to fit inside my shoes. However, while there a tad small for my mate, who wears a size 10.5 men’s, if he pushes them to the back of his shoes and lines it up with the heel, he says they feel comfortable and plans to use them.
