Remove that piece of black plastic sitting in the tray inside the sealer.
It didnât work, melted the bag when I tried to use it. After talking to Mandy at the great customer service center, and finding out it was operator error. I am really impressed with how well this works. Love the bag cutter.

Pulls a good vacuum & seals OK
Seems to work as intended. Have only sealed less that a dozen packs of veggies so far, so will have to see how well it holds up after a few seasons of usage. Only downside is it takes a fair amount of pressure to get both sides to snap into place when sealing a bag.

It’s junk. No suction. Barely got any use out of it. Had so smash it for minor satisfaction. It’s now in the trash where it will go back to China so they can try again.

Great vacuum sealer!
I needed to vacuum seal some mason jars so I ordered this. I didn’t see any videos of anyone using this to vacuum seal jars so I recorded a video.I did have to order an accessory vacuum lod for mason jars from Amazon and the tube plugged right into the machine and did a great job!Regular vacuum sealing with this works great too!I’m very happy with my purchase! This takes up 1/2 of the space of my old sealer and looks and works much better.Recommend!

Arrived on time as always. Was surprisingly small but very easy to use, as the instructions were very clear. Came with a few bags but you’ll need a lot more so order them at the same time. You can reuse a bag if you want by cutting off the sealed part…very economical and convenient.

Was using sealer like my old one just by pushing down on lid and it would vacuum and seal. This one would not vacuum by this method. Used the lid locks and it worked perfectly. Vacuums and seals well. Bag cutter isnât great , hard to start the cut, but cuts ok once started. 4.5 stars.
