You definitely get your moneys worth.
Ok, just opened the package and like a clown car, stuff kept coming out of it. Not sure if I will use all the stuff that came with it, however, I can give you thoughts on a few of the items. The pan and pot appear to be nice, not sure how it will stand up to the heat, but I will update my review if I’m not pleased. I have shown them on my Uberleben camp stove for a size comparison. The scouring pad? I’m gonna discard. Burner appears to be cool. Never used one. I’ll keep around if I decide to use that kind of fuel. The ferro rod and striker,…budget at best. I tried it and it does throw sparks after you get the protective film off, but I’ll throw it in the bottom of my fire kit. The bowls, sure, I could use them. They fit nice when you nest it all together. Wooden spatula, ummm,….maybe a one use thing as wood is porous and could be a potential bacteria risk. The para cord bracelet with the whistle and compass? Cute at best. I’ll throw in my pack with the rest of the para cord. The folding ladle, yep I’ll keep, but the folding flat wear,…that is pretty cool. Works rather well. That will definitely stay. Now the bag, is light weight. Has a cinch cord and a carabiner, I’m guessing to connect it to you ruck. Good for some. I don’t like anything dangling from my pack. It bothers me banging around back there. I will most likely find a MOLLE compatible zippered pouch or just throw it in the main pack compartment. Anyway, I did give it 5 stars as I don’t have anything bad to say yet and I was just impressed with the amount of stuff it came with.

Great for backpacking and camping!
This is in my car emergency kit and bugout bag. This would be great for backpackers it compacts to small size and has a pull-string bag that fits all pieces.Update: I have used this for camping. It works great, it would be best paired with a PocketRocket 2 or other adjustable flame canister stoves, the one that comes with it is not easily adjustable. Theyâre great for 1 or 2 people. If you use the stove it comes with, you can fit a small canister, mini Bic, the cleaning sponge, and the bamboo spatula. This size of kit would be ideal for myself for a section hike to be able to cook real food instead of just boiling water. Iâve taken out the cups and most of the extras to minimalize the set for easy hiking. The PocketRocket 2 doesnât fit inside the pot in its original case, it would have to be wrapped in a cloth to not scratch the pot. The pot does have graduation marks, but in metric measurements (.25 ltr, .50 ltr, .75 ltr). It is still a great little cookset if youâre cooking regular food & not just boiling water. If youâre just wanting to boil water, just get just a pot. If you want versatility to cook and boil water, this is decent for the price. The cons are the pans can easily be burned. It is best to use oil and/or water when cooking real food. You should always be attentive when cooking in this set because it can easily burn if left on the flame too long. This set would be better if the pan nested inside the pot, just so the lid could be used on either pot or pan. It would also be better if it contained a small nesting cup to boil water in or drink out of. The utensils are flimsy and I really donât use them.

Nice Compact Kit
Pros: Well made/ sturdy materials on all products Pot/ pan/ lid are thick aluminum with well attached handles covered with rubber gaurds 2x bowls and soup ladle are stiff plastic ladle has tight snap in wire handle that doesn’t bend from weight Fuel stove is well made and sturdy with a decent f flame adjuster and the piezo ignitor worked flawlessly on multiple tests. Comes with plastic case that snaps closed tightly Utensils are sturdy steel and unfolds to stay locked together well. These will be good extras as I have titanium long utensils already. Came with an extra spoon. Wooden ladle for stirring was a nice extra and clean and in it’s own wrapper unlike others who had mold on theirs Paradors bracelet is a decent add-on with working flint/ striker, loud whistle and compass built in. Cordage is 550 in thickness and is about 8″ in diameter when closed together. A little gimmicky but could be useful in a pinch. Longer flint/ steel combo included and works well. Heavy duty carabiner with screw closure is nice as well Carrying bag holds all nicely and is made with a lower quality nylon but see no problems trusting it. Has a nice drawstring holder to keep bag closedCons: No measuring lines on pot like advertised. Compass doesn’t actually point North, so do not rely on itOverall, a real steal at $34.99 with a $10 coupon at checkout. Covers all the needs for a simple camping trip for two. keep in mind that aluminum doesn’t spread heat evenly so it can scorch food easily. Just keep the flame low and move food around when cooking. Looking forward to using this on next camping trip. If you’re basic camping or light weekender like myself, this will work great.

Great set, excellent customer service
I loved this kit in terms of compacting and how lightweight it was. The pieces are very easy to use and unpack. There was one pan that burned unexpectedly with a small backpacking stove. However, I am still rating them five stars for excellent customer service and fixing the situation. They did assure me that it is unusual for the pan to burn and it was a simple manufacturing mistake. I highly recommend this product and this company, as I will definitely be looking to them for future equipment.

Great for camping and a great buy!
I liked this kit a lot, bowls are small, but overall it’s a great buy for the cost. It made my 1st tent camping adventure much better.

Made my coffee every morning on my camping trip with this set. It’s also really good at heating up over coals. The Bruner is top notch too.

Pots is ok, knife and fork are liveable. Pan is awkward to use, Iâve bought a bigger 8â one with anti stick though it is useable. Burner small but still usable itâs just not stable.

This is perfect if you don’t have a camp cook kit. The bracelet and the ferro rod are nice to have but are extra in my opinion. The white bowls that come with it are not that useful. If you take out the bracelet, the bowls and the ferro rod everything can fit inside the cooking pot making it nice and compact. I also put in a small bottle of Dr Bronners soap inside with everything and it fit. Some cons:If nothing is in the frying pan it has to be placed on the stove at an angle otherwise it falls off.The pan has to be used at low heat otherwise everything gets stuck to the bottom (I tried making pancakes and added oil and it still stuck)Don’t leave the wooden spatula wet, it’ll grow mold. So either take care of it or replace it with something else.Pros:Its cheapVery good option if you don’t have any cooking system for camping

The cook stove is poorly made, pots donât stay on top. Useless, and you canât make sure itâs not using butane (hard to tell if turned off properly)The utensils are hard to clean and seem that they would rust where the pins areAs other review have said: BEWARE of cleanliness. Mine came dirty (or so I thought), but it was mold! Both on pan and wooden spoonItâs not a good size unless you boil water, cook beans, or oatmeal. Anything else is way too small for 2 people. The plastic bowls are tiny.Came with a fire starter: doesnât workThe only positive was the scrubbing sponge, that was nice. Also came with a compass bracelet (the one you get at dollorama). Useless to me.
