It seems to be helping
I bought this for use with a broken foot. It seems to be helping, though it’s subtle. I use it about three times a week. It’s simple to use, just put foot in – wrap and strap. The plug in power cord has a programmable box attached. Just press what timing or function you want and hit the button to turn it on. It automatically goes off when done. I suggest looking at what you want and pre-programming it. as it can be difficult to reach once the boot is on. To that end, I plug into an outlet, put the boot on and then plug the cord into the boot (similar to a UBS port, but round). You’ll see the red lights, just like the ad. But theres no vibration, just a little heat. I sometimes fall asleep with it on.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY FEET THAT HURT ALOT BECAUSE I HAVE NO ARCHES.BUT I FOUND SEVERAL USES FOR THIS ITEMI USE ON MY SHOULDERS AND MY KNEES.THIS IS SO USEFUL. YOU DONT NEED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.THIS ONE IS SO USEFUL. GREAT DESIGN !

The boot looks exactly like the picture
I used the boot For neuropathy . The boot was well made but unfortunately made absolutely no difference in my pain for a neuropathy. This is the second item that I have bought with the infrared and for me it was a waste of money. Hopefully it might work for someone else.
