A Great Low Impact Way to “Get My Daily Steps In,” Rain or Shine!
“Keep the body moving” is certainly a practical maxim for healthy aging my genius rocket scientist of a father used to say…and this easy peasy under desk electrical elliptical machine’s proven to be a great time and space saver here in the big city, where BOTH such commodities always seem to be in short supply. With this little gizmo, I can multitask and “get my steps in” on this low impact elliptical even from my comfy cozy armchair during a zoom meeting, all without going schlepping outdoors in a cold, wet rain or snowy day…and no one’s the wiser!

Perfect for under my desk
I got this for a Vine product review because it seemed like a great idea for under my desk. I have a hard time sitting still. So when you work in front of a computer all day and are as I am, and are constantly wanting to move, something like this is great to keep your legs moving even when you’re sitting for most of the day.I love that it has multiple programs as well as manual use. Different levels and speeds, resistance, etc. I’ve used it twice now and it’s done wonders for making sitting at my desk a lot easier. It is a no impact workout which is also great for my mom who has knee issues. So whether it’s to keep moving while sitting still, for anyone who cannot do walking , jogging, etc because of impact, for recovery from injury, etc. this is a great device to keep you active without danger. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Interesting
Wasn’t sure what to expect with this. It’s a well made product and fairly simple to use. It has set exercise modes to choose from and then you can make up your own in manual mode. Most of the modes start slow then speed up and even go backwards. It’s a little weird to use in the office because it will scoot you back if you’re using it with a computer chair (with wheels). I don’t feel much resistance, even using the highest pre-set exercise sequence. I believe this would be much more useful for elders or those who are on bed rest or have to limit their movement. It’s just not enough of a workout for normal active adults. But for those that NEED to move their legs and just can’t, this is a lifesaver I’m sure. It’s very gentle and gradual and would be great for any limitation or age. It is a bit noisy for a quiet office setting but not horrible. It’s definitely not as loud as a normal exercise machine. Probably about the same noise level as a walking treadmill.

Use it under my desk
Great exercise machine that’s compact enough to store under the desk. Low noise, easy to use and easy to relocate. Love it!

Very pleased
My parents are getting older and are having some mobility issues. Iâd been looking for awhile for a seated elliptical machine just like this to help them get their legs moving more. Iâm super pleased with this. It is well-built and easy to use. The machine can be used by either turning it on manually at the top or by using the remote (which will be much easier for my parents to use). There are several different speeds, and you can change the direction from forwards to backwards with a quick press of a button. Recommend.

Great for warmup and cooldown in the office…
Okay, I’m a weird guy. I don’t eat lunch on my lunchbreaks… I run. Like around the business-park a few miles and then catch a quick shower and back to work.So because I’m on a limited timetable I actually dont have a whole lot of time to warmup or cooldown and stretch like you’re supposed to after a run. So0o0o I grabbed this and stuffed it under my desk and now 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after my run I set this at a leisurely pace and stretch my legs out.The automatic mode is easy peasy, the manual mode is a little cumbersome in the spinning of the wheels, but once you have the right positioning its easier. I’m sure this would work for its intended rehabilitation purposes. The only reason I give this a 4 out of 5 stars is because its not exactly silent. The elliptical clunks on every rotation as soon as there is any weight on the footpads. I was hoping for something a little more stealth, but until I find what I’m looking for I’ll just shut my door and put on headphones.
