Amazing results, slightly slow but no effort needed
The shape is ideal for people with poor hand function. The single button press operation is perfect. The sharpness has been unquestioned, the magnet helps with touch free lid removal and disposal.

Great can opener!
The kitchen mama can opener is easy to use and leaves a safe round edge that is free of accidental cuts.

Disappointed
I have had it for 1.5 months and it already does not work correctly. It fails to latch onto the lid and cut.It was great prior but only lasting a short amount of time is way below ideal. For context: it charged the entire night before trying to use it again and the issue remains unchanged

First auto can open that worked for elderly parent
My mom ‘s pushing 80 and can’t easily use a traditional ‘pliers’ style of manual can openers. I tried three other automatic can openers. One cut the side of the can (yikes! sharp!) and kept wandering off during the clamping state. Another couple tried to mimic the squeeze but were just as hard for her as manual. This was the first one she’s been able to reliably use. She takes a second to line up the seam with the gap in the can opener, presses the button, and waits. It is a little bulky but for the cost, motor strength, and battery life it’s worth the trade off. Ohh… and USB-C charging port so I don’t have to show her how to flip the older micro-usb over three times to get it in right.

Love/Hate Relationship. LMAO!
This little gadget kind of makes me laugh, as I have a love/hate relationship with it. I might even give it a name. It does work but it’s a bit of a challenge to get it to the right spot for it to work it’s magic. It does work, but getting the *spot* is mentally challenging. Once it has the *spot* it is immensely satisfying to see it work. It doesn’t take long to get the magic place, and it’s kind of fun to get there. Ok, I am weird (?) but I like it. It does take a long time for it to charge, but I have been opening cans 2x daily for a week and it hasn’t needed to recharged yet.

Great can opener!
Kitchen Mama can opener makes opening a can so easy and no sharp edges! Easy to use and has a nice storage case. Looking for a good can opener, this is the one!

Paid more for a case that’s pointless.
I’ve had an Auto 1.0 and Auto 2.0. Both of them quit working after a while, when the blades finally stopped cutting. When I saw I could buy replacement blades for the Orbit One, I thought I’d give it a try.I thought it would be nice to have a fancy case to keep it always charged and ready to go. Unfortunately, it seems my understanding was wrong. I thought you plugged the case in and the Orbit One charged whenever it was in the case. The USB-C port for charging is on the bottom of the Orbit One itself. You can’t even plug it in while it’s in the case ðThe case is *beautiful*! It cradles the Orbit One perfectly! It even has a little sub-floor for storing your USB-A<->USB-C charging cable and alternate blade! ðBut it does take a significant effort to pull it out of the case. So for something we use 4-6 times a day, it seems like we probably won’t use the case at all.I think the case would be great for someone who is traveling lightly and wants to keep their Orbit One safe and sound. It’s more of an annoyance, when using the Orbit One multiple times per day. It’s more convenient to just place the Orbit One in the drawer, where we kept the Auto 1.0 & Auto 2.0… ðIf only the case would have been a drop-in charger… ð

Works well. Gives a nice clean cut with no sharp edges. Easy to use. It seems to grab on better if you tilt it up slightly before you push the start button.

Bellissimo… viaggia da solo… consigliatissimo.. ottimo acquisto ð¯

Just lay it on the can and it does the rest. Doesn’t always lift the top of the can off (not a strong enough magnet?) but hey! It does the job.
