Very pleased with this
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from an air fryer.I’m very happy with this one. It easily holds enough for dinner for 2, cooks in a fraction of the time needed for the regular oven, is a lot more efficient in terms of energy consumption, and yields some great dishes.There are hundreds of recipes online for air fryers, and I’ve had no trouble finding things to make that come out great.Cooking requires only a fraction of the oil that stovetop frying does, so a healthier, lower calorie option for cooking.Very easy to select cooking mode (air fry, bake, broil), time, and temperature. There’s an audible signal when the time is up, and a signal about halfway through if you want to jiggle or turn the food. I usually don’t, and things come out well.Cleans up well, in just minutes. Glad I bought it!

I’ve had this now for well over 6 months. I absolutely love this air fryer. I haven’t used my oven since I bought it. Works amazing, cleans up even easier. No smell! My only regret is that I didn’t buy it sooner. I kept putting it off and putting it off. I’m not big on having a bunch of small appliances in the kitchen. I make everything in this from BBQ ribs to roasted veggies, toasted sandwiches. My favorite is whole wings. Perfection. Reheating food from a restaurant is also my favorite. So much better than a microwave. I just reheated leftover fried chicken from my favorite place. Comes out like it’s fresh from the pan. Great product too. Solid and works perfect. I purchased another brand before this one (made in the USA), sent it back before even using it. It was cheaply made and cost more. Researched even more and decided on this one. The basket is large. I never use liners. You don’t have to. I use this a few times a week for months now and you can still wipe it clean with a paper towel if you wanted to. I don’t but you could. Hot soapy water, washes right up.

This thing is BIG – but I love it!
This air fryer looks huge on my countertop, as you can see by comparison to the blender in my photo — however, it’s mostly the height that makes it looks so big. It actually takes up only about 11 inches of width on my kitchen counter. Despite its size, it’s not heavy to move from one place to another — only weighs about 11 pounds.PROS:I’ve had a number of different air fryers, and I’d say there are 6 things that make this one stand out from the others I’ve owned. First, the crisper plate is larger than most (9-1/2 x 9-1/6), which easily fits 4 large chicken thighs, or larger quantities of other items without overlapping. You can also remove the crisper plate and put a 9×5″ bread pan in the basket to bake bread in the air fryer, using the “Bake” function and setting the time and temperature a little lower than what the recipe calls for. (I use it to bake banana bread.) Second, it has an audible reminder for when to turn or shake the food. Third, you can quickly change time or temperature by turning the control knob, instead of tapping repeatedly. Fourth, you can set the temperature in 5-degree increments, instead of having to use preset temperatures that aren’t exactly what you want. Fifth, it has a glass window for viewing the food as it cooks, as well as an interior light that you can turn on and off. Sixth, it operates very quietly — quieter than any other air fryer I’ve owned.CONS:The maximum temperature is 400, unlike some air fryers that can go up to 450. But most air fryer recipes I’ve seen don’t call for temperatures higher than 400, so I don’t consider that a problem. I haven’t encountered any other downsides to this air fryer.FINAL COMMENT:When I was researching air fryers to decide which one to buy, I read many reviews and almost all of them rated this one as the top choice. I thought this was suspicious, and wondered if the reviewers had been paid to rate this as #1. But after buying and using this air fryer, I agree with the reviews — I think this is the best air fryer you can buy (unless it’s too big for your purposes or your space).

Easy to get consistent, excellent results with this fryer
I started doing some air frying when I got my Instant-pot 8-in-1 that has an extra air fryer lid. That gave some reasonable results but was sometimes awkward to use (hard to remove the top liner for turning food in the bottom section, etc.) as well as quite small – but it got me started on the air-frying way of cooking.Enter the Ninja – two large baskets make it easy to air-fry a larger amount of food, with 2 independent time and temperature controls. The air circulation in this device is excellent, and I found I can easily cook many items WITHOUT having to turn them (good for chicken quarters etc., but especially handy for smaller and finicky stuff like coconut shrimp).I’ve used the sync function once (for timing items with different cooking times), but didn’t like that I could not add an extra minute when I found one side was still not quite as crisp as I wanted – so now I just do everything on the manual settings and do my own guestimates for when to start the second side. That’s not exactly difficult to do since the fryer comes up to temp very quickly (i.e. very little lead time needed).The rubber ‘spacers’ on the inserts are not quite as well designed as they could be IMO (often coming partly undone), but that’s a minor gripe on an otherwise excellent air fryer.

We now have 2 of these. One at home and one at our cabin. Super easy and efficient to use. There are so many recipes you can make with this. I love the window and light option as it allows for checking on your food without opening the fryer. Not the cheapest machine on the market but it is a good size and works well for a family of 3-4.

OMG the fries or chicken are cooked to perfection! This thing is worth having, yes or yes!
