If you need to reuse the machine, but the machine is overheating, use the steam function to remove the internal heat and hot water.

Looks great
This espresso machine looks very classy on my counter. It has a cup warmer on the top and a water tank in the back, so you have to be especially mindful about where you’re putting it and if you will still have full access to everything. It works well, and the espresso tastes fine, but it doesn’t make very much. It’s easy to operate and easy to clean. It’s a great addition to my kitchen and has saved me a fortune on fancy coffees out.

HAPPY AND HIGH ON CAFFEINE
I love my new Espresso machine! I patiently followed the instructions and made a superb cup of espresso and then a perfect Cappuccino. It worked smoothly from the start. My IAGREEA Espresso Machine is compact enough to fit on my counter next to other matching appliances without crowding the space. It looks sleek and performs as advertised. YAAAAAAY! I even shared on my fb feed.

Not all that impressed. The tamper is a plastic joke. So little espresso for the effort. I prefer my smaller, easier to use and more efficient espresso machine. Why a 1.5 Liter reservoir when the average output is less than 1/4 cup of coffee/espresso?I ran plain water through several times [per instructions] and made several “cups” of espresso and am disappointed how little espresso was brewed even choosing the 2 cup option. The surfaces get very hot and were still warm several hours after machine was unplugged.Eventually I will experiment with brewing several more times — just not very soon. If I like it better at some point I will update my review.

Great espresso machine for home use
In the past, I’ve worked in cafe’s as a barista. I can’t honestly say that this is a “professional” espresso maker, but is good for a home use espresso machine. It is missing certain features for speed compared to a “professional” or commercial model, but has all the important stuff like a well made milk frother/steamer and a well made and consistent machine that makes great espresso. Very consistent espresso and a great Machine to have if wanting to make cappuccino, lattes, etc.

20 Minutes to Heat Up
I really wanted this espresso machine to live up to the good reviews, especially love that the design resembles a slightly smaller version of the Cuisinart espresso machine I had for 14 years. But no where did I read it would take 20 minutes from turning the machine on to brewing coffee; does my machine have a defective heating element? Truly disappointed!
