Directional massager
Works well for surface massages and directional deeper massages. This thing releases tension after a good day of work and relaxes painful muscles and tendons. It may not target deep deep hurt but does get most of it. Takes a good bit of energy and effort to relax most of the aches.

Works Well, but Awkward and Heavy to Hold
I purchased this as a home treatment while also undergoing PT and professional massage, to deal with severe Piriformis Syndrome affecting numerous large muscles, resulting from a torn miniscus on the alternate knee. I am not an athlete and have not used a massage gun prior to this. It worked well for gluteus maximus muscles, and while it also worked for gluteus minimus and piriformis muscles, it was a bit more difficult to get deep into those muscles or their trigger points when using it on myself, though still possible. It was helpful for pain and throbbing of upper thighs and down calves, as well, offering good relief during use. The massager offers 4 strength levels and is strong and effective. However, the heat function took quite a while to heat up and was not as effective as the overall massager itself.The biggest drawbacks are the weight of the massager and the unwieldy nature of the device owing to its overall size, making it somewhat top-heavy. Nevertheless, this would not be a deal-breaker given the strength of the massager. Its size was helpful, however, when running it down the legs, for instance. Using it for several months it offered me welcome relief at the moment and over time. The noise level is reasonable and well within what you might expect from such a device. For instance, it is no problem to hold a conversation with others while using the device. This is the first massage gun I have tried, but I would say it is a very good value for the money and a good, quality product to try as a first purchase.

Amazing product
My wife gives me a massage with this a few times a day and it has changed my life. I suffer from chronic back pain and everyday I live with severe pain until I got this massager. The speeds on it are fantastic because some days my back hurts worse than others and there has been a speed that is perfect every time. It’s easy to grip and not too heavy. I can’t remember the last time I could walk around without pain. This product is just what I needed!

A little top-heavy
I have a problem with my sciatica, this helps relax the nerve ends. Since the device is a little top-heavy, I put the device between my back and the back of my chair. I make sure that I don’t put too much pressure on the massager.

After trying many other massagers of similar design on here. This one is the best by a mile. Homedics are well built, powerful motor, great design. I love it. It’s a very straight forward massager, press 1 button to go through all the progressively stronger vibration. No preprogrammed nonsense that very few people even use. Just vibration from mild to super strong.

If you are looking to replace your old Homedics Percussion Massager from 20 years ago, this ain’t it. It doesn’t beat you up nearly as brutally as the old model and probably won’t break down adhesions. With plantar fasciitis, if the percussion doesn’t make you cry, it doesn’t heal your feet, either. However, it is the best massager I have found available on the market so far, the price is fair, the handle makes it very easy to hold, and it has a nice long cord so you don’t have to worry about finding a nearby electrical outlet. If it had stronger percussion, it would get 5 stars.

Not very hot but a good massager
It takes a while to warm up and then it doesn’t get too hot. You can hold it in one place on your skin w/o worrying about burning yourself. I really like the massage and will keep it.

Sin duda alguna la marca promete y cumple…Resulta destable la simplicidad al ser usado pues solo trae dos botones los cuales uno de ellos sirve para programar la intensidad del masaje mientras que el otro permite agregar la posibilidad de generar calor para que tu masaje sea mas reconfortante y tenga mayor efecto benéfico en tu cuerpo.Conozco la marca desde ya hace unos 20 años y siempre me ha dejado buen sabor de boca con sus distintos modelos de masajeadores… en cuanto a su calidad en los componentes con los que viene fabricado pues no tengo queja, son plásticos premium, botoneras que se sienten bien al toque lo que hace sentirme seguro que en relacion al precio y calidad son de las mejores inversiones que se puede hacer pues como dije al principio, tengo años conociendo la marca y realmente jamás he visto uno que deje de funcionar… tengo algunos de estos masajeadores muy antiguos y siguen funcionando tan bien como si fueran nuevos…(algunos por mas de 10 años)
