Perfect!
This mat is nice and thick. Perfect for my treadmill. Rolls out nicely and flattens out pretty quickly. Great buy!

Long and medium thick.
I placed it under my desk treadmill and it does dampen the noise I make when I really stomp down as I increase the speed. It is about four inches wider that my machine and about a foot longer. I didnât cut off the extra length. So far the machine has stayed centered on the mat. Iâve used other mats that are heavier than this one. I like this one better because itâs not a pain to pick up and move.

Good for General Use
I got this Gumwig Gym Mat to put under the equipment I use to train my dogs. They are not impressed when things they try to stand on slide around on the tile floor (I don’t have any carpet). Initially, I thought this mat wasn’t much better than a yoga mat but that is incorrect. It is much grippier on the tile – yoga mats still slide around somewhat while this mat is very stable. It is also denser than a yoga mat. If you can’t tell, I have been using a yoga mat while searching for something better.This mat is not very thick but it does not need to be. Its whole purpose for me is to grip the floor and make a stable surface for training. It is easy to roll up after use and is flat when I unroll it again. As in, the edges don’t stay slightly curled in if you have to roll this up every day and put it away.I would get this again. It’s helped my pups a lot with their footing.

An exercise mat that doesnât stink
This is a large mat that measures 30 inches wide by 60 inches long and ¼ inch thick. It is made of soft, dense rubber that you can cut to any size to suit your requirements.The mat is versatile, use it under treadmill, or exercise bike to protect your floor and absorb vibration and noise of your equipment. It is a nice stretching mat, the density is perfect, not too spongy, perfect for my needs. It can also be used as a floor mat on hard surfaces, such as concrete, giving some relief from standing for long periods of time. It laid flat after a short while outside on the deck. The best part is that this mat doesnât stink, or have odors normally associated with rubber mats.I would highly recommend this rubber mat.

Thick, non-slip, protects my floors
This is a simple product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I don’t want my treadmill to ruin the carpet beneath it, so this mat takes all the punishment. It’s thick and well-made, and doesn’t slip on either side. 5 foot length is sufficient for the carpet to be completely protected, and the width is just enough for my treadmill. Very satisfied.

When a mat like this is good, it just becomes one of those things you don’t notice. It’s when they are smelly, sticky, or refuse to lie flat that we start to notice and complain about them.By any standard, this mat is one of the good ones. It did come in a tight roll, but after laying out for a day it flattened out nicely. There was no weird smell, and it’s not sticky at all. It’s roughly 0.25″ thick it works exactly as I hoped it would.

Perfect for our needs
I ordered this GUMWIG Home Gym Mat to Protect Carpet, Concrete, and Hardwood Floors, Waterproof mat to use under a new exercise bike we ordered. It arrived quickly and all you need to do us unfold it and flatten out the edges so they don’t curl. It is a very thin mat but for our needs that worked and it still has some cushioning. We are using it on concrete. Surprisingly it didn’t smell like chemicals when I opened it so that is a plus. The size worked well for our bike. We are happy with this product.
