I adore everything about this raincoat – it is super light, material feels good and is waterPROOF, has great pockets, beautiful color of cornflower blue. Everything would be absolutely perfect but for the size (not the raincoatâs fault)! Amazon had recommended extra extra large âbased on previous purchasesâ. Well, the arms hang down about five inches from my fingertips and you can only squeeze the Velcro so farâ¦. The bulk and length of the jacket also are large, but do-able. Since it was a relatively long delivery time for Amazon, the coat didnât arrive until three days before I leave for a three-week trip to a place where it reportedly rains every day. No time to send back and receive smaller size – so Iâll just have to roll the sleeves up on this otherwise beautiful coat.

Pleased for the purpose purchased
I like the Columbia brand jackets, in fact one that was my favorite was stolen at church! I wanted a white windbreaker to wear in the spring/summer while walking, and light weight enough to take on trips. This suits my purpose and expectations. To me it runs a little small, so I’m glad I sized up to a medium which was fine. Concerning lack of lining and making you sweat, I wrote this review after wearing it for an afternoon of walking and errands. I may have been a little more damp under the arms, but no where near sticking to my arms and being totally soaked. Go by your own physical constitution; if you tend to get over heated quickly and sweat easily, this jacket may not be the choice for you. I like very much that it has inside pockets on both sides where you can put valuables and not have to carry a purse.

Arms too long
There are two problems with this jacket. The collar is extremely wide and I don’t like the look. I think the reason the collar is wide is because the hood is inside the back of the collar. if I wanted to zip it all the way up to cover my neck, the collar is wide enough to do that. Also, as I mentioned in the title of this review, the arms are way too long. My usual size is XL but since the sleeves were too long, I sent the first one back and ordered a large , thinking that that would solve the long sleeve issue. It didnt. I like the color, it’s a cute jacket but I just don’t like the wide collar and long sleeves.

El modelo es bastante bonito, también el color es como en la foto. Sólo que se humedece un poco por dentro al usarla bajo la lluvia y se supone que es impermeable.
