We love spending time outdoors and our mission is to encourage people to get outside and Have An Adventure, whether it’s for the first time or the millionth time.
What does Portson mean?
Big pieces of our hearts reside in PORTland, OR and MadiSON, WI. When we blended these places together, the name PORTSON was born. We think it’s a perfect fit, but we know we are biased.

We love our Portson Hammocks!!!
Easy to hang, light weight and comfortable!We purchased three Portson Hammocks after looking online. We wanted something small and lightweight to fit in our camper. We took these camping for a week. My favorite part of the day was reading in the hammock. I really liked how easy it was to wrap up in it to keep the bugs off. I could easily relax and enjoy the forest around me.I also love that the Portson storage bag is sewn to the hammock (so I donât lose it! ð¤£) and itâs becomes a storage pouch for your phone, sunglasses, etc while itâs in use.The material is lightweight, durable and there are such fun colors. We bought a green, blue and orange one. We love them so much that we have purchased several more for graduation gifts, to the delight of the graduates in our lives!It is also amazingly easy to take down and put away. The hammock stuffs back into the pocket and the two hanging straps roll up and fit easily into the top.I highly recommend the Portson Hammock.

Great hammock
My son bought this hammock after our last one ripped. This one is so much more durable and comfortable. Lightweight and easy to set up. My kids love chilling outside in the hammock. All 3 of us can fit as well too!

Great Quality, Way better than expected!
Oh my lord is this thing nice. Way bigger than expected and super soft fabric. The tree tie straps are super sturdy and adjustable. For $25 i am blown out of the water by how solid the build quality is. Bought this as a recommendation from a friend and I now see why his has lasted 4 summers with no issue. Definitely a buy again.

It’s comfy and wide enough for 2 people
The hammock is perfect for setting up between two trees and holds up well. The hammock strap had an extra 12 inches (for each strap), compared to other brands, which gave more opportunities to set-up the hammock in various places. I enjoyed the pouch that hangs in the middle of the hammock, it was perfect for holding my phone. I also enjoyed that the hammock itself & the straps were able to fit inside the pouch. It’s perfect for traveling.

Good value!
This is a good value hammock that I tie between two trees at the beach. I vibrates a bit on windy days, but its a sturdy and strong hammock that easily holds this 250 pound man and my two kids. Love it!
