Comfortable Goggles
I liked the way the goggles fit my head. They also stayed in place under the red light face mask that I use. They are light weight and made of quality materials.

Great for red light therapy
These are perfect for using while getting red light treatment. They protect your eyes well while being minimalist enough to not block the red light light therapy around your eye area. Good price. I wouldâve preferred individual slip cases for them as opposed to the plastic case that holds all three pairs that was included. Thatâs just my preference but not worth deducting from my review.

Wonderful
I got these for red light therapy for my baby. I loved that it came as a two pack so we each wore them. The adjustable band was my favorite part allowing us both to wear them! Definitely felt like our eyes were protected with how secure and comfortable these were! My baby didnât even mind them!

good fit and comfortable
The goggles are a good trim fit, though some light leaks in from the top. I can still see red light through the lens and not sure if that’s a bad thing. If you wear the strap too tight, somehow they feel scratchy, but there is rubber padding around each lens…more comfy if worn a little loosely. I like the minimal size and I can still watch tv while doing a treatment.

We use these goggles while our red light is in use and they are extremely effective. Nice fit for both myself and my husband.

Not for me
These may be great for some people with a larger face but I’m a 5 foot adult so my face is smaller than average and they are way too wide to cover my eyes. I can’t say if they work or not because I’m not able to use them. In a video someone posted they said they were flexible and could bend to size but the nose piece cracked right in half when I tried it like the guy in the video did. Again, they may be great for someone else but if you are small, proceed with caution because they may be useless for you as they are for me unfortunately.
